Can election (not exatly elections but ) or Indian political leader can help us to overcome all the problems that we face everyday or we want again revolution in india like in 1857 or 1947 ????
This post is for every Indian especially for youth who always demand/think to change the current world by hook or by crook….. Well this is not possible without changing our mentality as well as most important being honest with ourselves and trying to being good citizen……
But big question is how to start to resolution? Defiantly this is not the job of the single persons so as being small part of the resolution I have started this blog …
I welcome all suggestions and replies……
My Own First Suggestion:
Vote for Nobody…
Please do vote for nobody this time!
Yes It can Possible that, you can vote to nobody among all candidates…..
Please don’t waste your vote by giving to anybody ….
After looking all this corruption, terror attacks you still want to vote and to become the part of the system?
Do you know about clause 49-O?
Clause 49-O; Existing since 1960 but not used
Did you know that there is a provision in the Constitution of India, as per the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1969 Act, in Section 49-O that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked, and convey to the presiding election officer that he/she doesn’t want to vote for anyone! Yes, such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly notorious leaders have never disclosed it. It is called “49-O”.
E.g. If a candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that particular ward has received “49-O” votes more than 123 votes , then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be re-polled. Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest the re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on them.This would bring fear into parties and hence look for genuine candidates for their parties for election. This would change the way; of our whole political system…. it is seemingly surprising why the election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public….Please spread this news to as many as you know…Seems to be a wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India … show your power, expressing your desire not to vote for anybody, is even more powerful than voting… so don’t miss your chance.So either vote, or vote not to vote (vote 49-O) and pass this info on…Reference:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/49-O
